First and Foremost: Assessment
Knowing where to start is important. I take the time to check on your range of movement, physical history, goals and movement needs. We then discuss which programme fits you best and how you can progress.
With the information gained during this meeting we will be sure you are always working within guidelines and a programme best suited to you, your goals and your body.
Individual Instruction
These are 1-1 sessions where we can focus solely on your progress and needs. We will use all equipment and props as appropriate and also some mat exercises. We will put together a programme to develop and monitor your progress.
Group Sessions
These sessions are with 2-3 people and are great for friends or couples as well as small groups of people who want a class environment, but also individual attention.
These sessions are popular and use the equipment and some mat exercises. The numbers are kept small so you receive the best possible tuition and are working safely at all times. They can be structured either as a circuit type of class or a “club” with individualised exercises.
There are always options both to maintain and build upon the progress you make.

Private, One-to-One Instruction
£ 65 per hour
£ 575 for 10 sessions block booking
Duo Session
£ 75 for 2 or £ 37.50 per person
£ 675 for 10 sessions block booking
Group Session
£ 25 per session per person (up to 4 people)
£ 200 per person for 10 sessions block booking
